Alcohol History in Rim Country
Rim Country has a somewhat notorious history when it comes to alcohol. Early in the region's history, a brewery was located in Payson for a short time. Later, during prohibition days, numerous bootleggers made the area their home, making moonshine that was known as "Payson Dew."
