About Hunter Creek
This subdivision is a gated community located just outside of Christopher Creek, approximately 20 miles northeast of Payson. The subidivision is surrounded by Tonto National Forest.
This subdivision has a couple of unique features for this area: it is the only development in the region to have a certified 100 year water supply. It also has its own sewer system (included in the yearly dues), which no other subdivision in the Christopher Creek area has. Paved roads and underground utilities make this a very desirable community.
